Please note RODE only offer a return policy if item is in the rare case, faulty, we are happy to repair, replace or refund you the product amount. So please choose carefully upon placing your order.
We do not do refunds.
We offer an exchange policy, at your own expense. If you wish to exchange an item you must return it to us asap. To do this, you need to email email@example.com (within 7 days of receiving your purchase) before sending the product back to us. Once we receive the item, we will assess it to ensure it's in the original condition, we will then email and issue you with an online credit code to repurchase a new size or style when you desire (this does not expire).
Exhanges must be received in original condition-unworn, unwashed. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Items which smell of perfume/deodorant will automatically be returned so please take due care when trying on your order. Rode reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in the condition in which we sent it. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.
We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item was faulty and return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
